To return merchandise for warranty, please see the following
instructions:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from RAD Tronics,
Inc.
Security pack your merchandise for shipping AND clearly write
the RMA # along with your name, as it appears on your invoice,
outside of the box.
Ship to RAD Tronics, Inc. freight pre-paid, returns shipped COD
will be refused. RAD Tronics, Inc. is not, in anyway affiliated,
with SONY, ALPINE, KENWOOD, BAZOOKA, KICKER, JL AUDIO,
JVC, PANASONIC, PIONEER, ORION, CLARION, etc.. (or any
other brand in this Web site) nor do they represent themselves
as their authorized Distributor. Merchandise offered in this Web
site is strictly parallel merchandise and carries RAD Tronics,
Inc. warranty only. Their name and trade mark is for trade mark
recognition only. RAD Tronics, Inc. is not using same as logo
nor do they intend to freeride on their product. Prices are
subject to change without notice. Some merchandise sold in
master cartons. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
Wholesale only, beating price subject to verification of the

price. All disputes must be filed in L.A. County. All returned
merchandise(s) must be accompanied in the original packaging and
be unused, with return authorization number: Re-stocking fee may
apply. Return shipping for any defective item for any reason is
the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 90 day limited
warranty, speaker and woofer warranties, vary, no warranty on
light or light bulb. All sales are final.
