To return merchandise for warranty, please see the following instructions:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from RAD Tronics, Inc.
Security pack your merchandise for shipping AND clearly write the RMA # along with your name, as it appears on your invoice, outside of the box.

Ship to RAD Tronics, Inc. freight pre-paid, returns shipped COD will be refused. RAD Tronics, Inc. is not, in anyway affiliated, with SONY, ALPINE, KENWOOD, BAZOOKA, KICKER, JL AUDIO, JVC, PANASONIC, PIONEER, ORION, CLARION, etc.. (or any other brand in this Web site) nor do they represent themselves as their authorized Distributor. Merchandise offered in this Web site is strictly parallel merchandise and carries RAD Tronics, Inc. warranty only. Their name and trade mark is for trade mark recognition only.
